What is it: Form F-3 is filed by certain foreign private issuers to register securities. To be eligible to file Form F-3, the issuer must already have a class of securities registered or has filed annual report on Form 20-F, Form 10-K, or Form 40-F. The issuer is also required to have a global market capitalization greater than $75 million.
