What is it: Form F-10 is filed by Canadian based foreign private issuer to register securities. The issuer must have been subject to the continuous disclosure requirements of any Canadian security regulatory authority for at least 12 calendar months. The issuer also need to have an aggregate market value of the public float of its outstanding equity shares of $75 million or more.
